Dauntless although she wasn't my first Foxhound she is the foundation of Dazzleby Foxhounds - she was the first hound which I entered for the conformation ring. She has had tremendous success including
BEST OF BREED CRUFTS 2003
to find myself in the main ring for the group and even on the TV at only the second year of showing at this prestigious event was a memory I won't forget in a hurry.
I was very lucky to have the choice of the entire pack of Staffordshire Hounds to which to mate to Dauntless and although this wasn't the first litter of foxhounds I had raised (I have whelped many litters for the Cheshire Forest Hunt)but it was the first litter which I owned and would go down as breeder. I had a wonderful litter of 13 - the bakers dozen. As you can quess I had a lot of quality to decide which of the puppies carried on the Dazzleby lines.
